Located on the ground floor of our fully renovated building, it offers comfort and simplicity in a unique natural setting. The accommodation has all the comforts of a modern home in an authentic and natural setting.🌿 You can also enjoy the garden to relax, with a terrace adjoining the accommodation that is out of sight for more privacy. Ideal for a relaxing stopover or an extended stay away from the hustle and bustle. 🚲 Nearby • Canal du Midi and Pond of Capestang just 5 min away • Sea and Mediterranean beaches 20 min away • Quick access to the A9 (10 min) 🏡The property has: - a living room with a large convertible corner sofa, - a kitchen equipped with an oven, a large fridge freezer, a microwave and a Tassimo coffee maker, - a dining area, - one bathroom with shower, toiletries and one washing machine and - a bedroom with a double bed. - a shared garden with us but you have the back of the garden out of sight with a green space and a large terrace with relaxing chairs and table, ideal for relaxing under the trees🌳. Towels and bed linen is provided. Extra linen and towels: €10. Quiet is requested after 9pm . No smoking in the property . Only 1 pet allowed; if more, please ask us beforehand, and a fee will be added. No pets on the sofa and bed. Guest access You can use all the rooms in the accommodation. Other things to note The house is supplied with water by a borehole. We provide bottled water for your stay. (The accommodation is currently being connected to the municipal water supply.) Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation, under penalty of additional charges.
