Family house with garden - Crépy

A few minutes' walk from the city center and the train station (direct connection to Paris), the house is located on a quiet street. On the ground floor, the entrance gives access to a large dining room-kitchen and a beautiful living room with a fireplace. The house opens onto a pleasant south-facing garden. The terrace, with a large awning, allows you to have lunch in the garden. A barbecue is available. The space The upper floor has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 office: Via the main staircase: three bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet. By the small staircase of the living room: a bedroom, an office, a bathroom and a separate toilet. No parking worries, a private space is available and many free spaces on the street. At the end of the street are a bakery (the best in Crépy!), shops and restaurants. The house is close to the very large landscaped park of Géresme, with children's games, animals, pond, pedestrian paths and sports facilities. Other things to note This is our family home, where we grew up (and grew old...). We made the choice to rent the house seasonally so that we could keep it, and that the little children also have beautiful memories. So of course, not everything is brand new like in a hotel... but we think this house has enough charm to spend great moments with family and friends. Note: the house has several stairs, one of which is relatively steep. Young children love it... for young parents, it requires a lot of vigilance. From this point of view, the house is a bit "dangerous" for babies and children who do not master the stairs. Finally, the beds in 3 of the 4 bedrooms are sofa beds (used as beds only, with comfortable mattresses).
