This beach house is located on a beautiful private coastal area along the Garden Route. Vleesbaai is exclusive to residents only, offering you privacy and security with an access control boomed-off area. The house is one of the best positioned in Vleesbaai, with the waves breaking 20m from the front stoep. It is a charming old-style beach house, which has been newly renovated with a modern interior and high-end finishes. It's the perfect place for a family vacation. The space Situated in one of the oldest parts of Vleesbaai, on the beachfront, this house gives you private and direct access to the beach. The house can accommodate a maximum of 8 people and has parking for up to 3 cars - 2 undercover. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and one very spacious open-plan living area with kitchen. This living area walks out onto a large covered stoep with a built-in braai. Each bedroom contains 2 single beds, with the main bedroom having a double bed. Two of the bathrooms are located inside the house, with the third being just outside the back door. All the bathrooms have a toilet, basin and a shower (unfortunately no baths). The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The living room has a 40" LED TV, sound system and is DSTV ready (own decoder required). Linked to the main house is a washing room, equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is also a washing line on the property. PLEASE NOTE: No more than 8 guests are allowed. Strong penalties will apply if guests do not adhere to this rule. Bath towels are provided, but beach towels are not.
