La Petite at Maison Centrale

Small 3 story house suitable for a couple of people who are looking for a great base in the centre of a village with all amenities with outside space, al fresco dining and barbecuing. Close to great natural rivers for swimming and diving and a short drive to the mediterranean for shady beaches and water sports. Kayaking and canoeing is available in a nearby village and of course there are plenty of wine producers in the area for tastings and festivals. The house has a kitchen and dining area on the ground floor, living room with a wood burner for those cooler evenings on the first floor and a bedroom and ensuite shower room/toilet on the top floor. All accessed by a tile and plaster spiral staircase. The courtyard garden is private and can be shady to escape the intense heat in the summer months.
