Guest access Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire villa. This includes all bedrooms, living spaces, the private pool, and direct, unrestricted access to the beach. Free parking is also available for guests on the premises. We want your stay to be as relaxing as possible. Our dedicated on-site team is available throughout the day to assist with housekeeping, meal preparation, and any local arrangements you may need. They are known for their warm, discreet hospitality; ensuring you have everything you need while fully respecting your privacy. However, they are trained to be 'invisible' so you can enjoy the villa as your own private home. We will greet you upon arrival to show you around and introduce the staff, after which we will leave you to enjoy the coast. If you need anything at all, from a fresh towel to a local recommendation; the team is just a few steps away in the staff area, and I am always reachable via message. While the staff manages the daily operations, I am always available via the Airbnb app or phone to answer questions or help with special requests before or during your stay. Our team and I are here to ensure you have an authentic Sri Lankan experience. From the moment you book, We are happy to help you plan itineraries, arrange transport, or coordinate with our chef for special dietary needs. Other things to note Dining & Chef Services • Complimentary Breakfast: We are happy to provide daily breakfast (8:00 am – 10:00 am) included in your stay. • Family-Style Meals: Our chef prepares generous, family-style meals rather than individual restaurant-style orders. • Lunch & Dinner Costs: For these meals, you cover the cost of ingredients plus a 15% service charge and transport fees. Our team can shop locally for you, or you are welcome to provide your own supplies. • Kitchen Hours: To allow our hardworking team to rest, the last kitchen orders are taken at 7:30 pm. • Alcohol: We do not serve alcohol, but you are more than welcome to bring your own or stock up before you arrive. ◼Villa Logistics & Utilities • Staff Hours: Our team is on duty until 10:00 pm. We kindly ask for mindfulness regarding noise after this time to maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the coast. • Connectivity: We provide Wi-Fi across two networks (main house and upstairs rooms) to ensure coverage throughout the villa. • Power & Water: Sri Lanka occasionally experiences short power cuts; we have backup options in place to keep essentials running. Please note that tap water is not suitable for drinking, but filtered water is provided in the dining area. • Laundry & Housekeeping: Rooms are refreshed daily with a linen change every three days.
