Welcome to a newly built and charming home in a rural, seaside setting. Here, you will stay with a view over open fields and a beautiful view of Smygehamn lighthouse. In just a few minutes, you can reach Smygehuk – Sweden's southernmost point – with restaurants, cafés, and small shops. Perfect for relaxing walks by the sea or excursions in Österlen. The space The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 guests in comfortable, real beds, with the option of an additional sleeping space on a sofa bed. There are two bedrooms here – one of them is a cozy sleeping loft accessed via a step ladder. You can conveniently park right outside the door and step straight into a well-designed and comfortable house with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Kitchen: Fully-equipped kitchen with fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, convection oven and induction stove. All facilities to stay are available such as a coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster. Living Rooms: In true compact living spirit is a dining table (space for 4 people) and living room in the same room. You can easily unfold the dining table for room for multiple guests. Bedrooms: 140 bed with room for 2 people, there is also a TV. Sleeping loft: Sleeping loft with step ladder with 2 beds. Bathroom: Bathroom with shower, washing machine and all the necessities you need. Terrace: Large terrace with dining area for 6 people. Guest access You have access to the entire place for yourselves. The garden is partially shared with our other house, but the parts of the garden are separate so you have your own private patio and garden next to the house.
