Located directly on the “Desert” - a 16 km2 protected nature area (heathland and forest) with many exciting plants, birds and animals. The house is well appointed with large kitchen-living room with dining table, armchairs, relaxation chips, wood-burning stove and a well-equipped modernized kitchen. The 60 m2 wooden terrace is the center for relaxing outdoors. Large nature plot. An ideal base to experience Anholt and nature both on walks in the Desert, along the beaches or with coziness on the terrace or in front of the wood-burning stove. The space 11 guests can sleep in the house divided into 4 rooms. In addition, it is possible to rent a fold-out bed for baby/child. The house is child friendly and baby friendly. There is a possibility of a weekend bed/baby bed and for a high chair/child's chair at the dining table, and there is a changing space in the bathroom. The summerhouse consists of a main house (50 m2) with kitchen-living room in one, a bedroom with 2 single beds (newer box-mattress beds, 90 cm wide) as well as a sofa bed/double bed in the living room for 2 people (140 cm wide) as well as toilet/bath/shower. In addition, an annex (20 m2) with 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (90 cm and 70 cm wide respectively) in one room plus loft for 1 person (70 cm wide) plus extra bed on guest bed (70 cm wide) and in the other room 1 single bed (90 cm wide) as well as 2 bunk beds (70 cm wide). The summerhouse thus has a total of 3 bedrooms and the sofa bed in the living room, i.e. 11 sleeping places in total (consisting of 5 single beds, 1 double bed, 2 bunk beds, 1 loft and 1 guest bed). Hemsen is not suitable for people with walking difficulties, elderly people or people over 90 kg. With this division, 2 families of up to 4 and 7 members can vacation together and yet have extended privacy, as the two families can stay in separate houses (main house and annex, respectively), as there is room for 4 sleeping in one house and 7 sleeping in the other, 11 sleeping in total. Or 4 couples can have privacy in separate bedroom. (You can also choose other distributions of the sleeping arrangements - you decide that yourself: -) There are duvets and pillows for everyone, most duvets and pillows are with down/feathers. The house is located on Denmark's most beautiful nature island Anholt, where most of the area is protected, and you will experience the tranquility, silence and undisturbed relaxation. Travel to and from Anholt is by ferry from Grenå (Anholt ferry) or by plane from Roskilde (Copenhagen Airtaxi). Or in own boat or own plane. Remember to book travel to and from the island well in advance. There may be a rift about the tickets on both ferry and airplanes. The house is located in a protected area and hides undisturbed and discreetly between the trees, yet is primarily located to nature and the 16 km2 protected natural area of Desert. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature and is located in a protected and undisturbed area . The house is located on a large nature plot and secluded from neighbors. The area is natural, quiet and calm, and you will only be disturbed by the wind in the trees. 30 meters away is the large lovely natural area of Desert. Soak up the sun on the large 60 + m2 secluded wooden terrace - the sun at Anholt is warmingly and the island is one of the places in Denmark with the most hours of sunshine. And the house has many outdoor furniture, several patio tables, chairs for all of them, dream beds and garden lounge chairs for outdoor living. Or walk to the beach: Anholt's beaches are known for their cleanliness, white sand, and good space - here you won't find crowded beaches. Many favorites of sun and water travel far for Anholt's beaches because of their cleanliness and serenity.
