The space The 115 m² vacation home offers you a large living room with panoramic windows and a fireplace. You can relax perfectly in the cozy leather sofas. In the open, well-equipped kitchen there is a dishwasher, washing machine and espresso machine. There are three bedrooms in total. One on the ground floor with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). Of the two bedrooms upstairs, one offers two single beds, each 90 x 200 cm. The other bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm). A travel bed and a high chair with safety bar (Tripp Trapp) for the very little ones are also available. Free services included in the price include Wi-Fi (100 Mbps) and final cleaning. Linens and towels are available at an extra charge. The vacation home includes a private garden with a garden pond. Garden furniture, barbecue, fire bowl, parasol and loungers are provided for free. There is parking for 2 cars on the property. Due to the good connection to the A3, the accommodation can be reached quickly from the NRW metropolitan centers. The infrastructure of the immediate surroundings (Linz, Bad Hönningen and Waldbreitbach) is tourist-oriented and offers you shopping opportunities, a corresponding gastronomy as well as excursion and entertainment offers that are also suitable for families with children. From the Drachenfeld in the Siebengebirge to the picturesque city of Linz, from the beautiful Rhine Valley to the Limes, there are many sights nearby. The latter two are UNESCO World Heritage Sites (Cologne Cathedral is also only 45 minutes away). For hiking enthusiasts, the Rheinsteig on the route Leutesdorf to Erpeler Ley offers one of the most beautiful hiking routes in Germany (see photos). The house is located exactly in the middle and is an ideal starting point for shorter or longer stages. The Wiedwanderweg and Westerwaldsteig are also very close. If you want to cool off in summer, you will find various lakes, indoor and outdoor swimming pools within 10 km as well as the thermal bath in Bad Hönningen all year round.
