Perfect for relaxing and experiencing the authentic south with the best weather in Europe. The space Casa Nana is a three-story townhouse from the 1930s with a long history. The house was carefully restored in the spring and summer of 2024. All the details, history and charm of the house have been carefully preserved and have now been modernized. As soon as you enter the house, you can feel the great atmosphere of the house with its high ceilings and spacious living rooms and dining rooms, as well as a staircase that leads through all the floors. The staircase is very comfortable to climb, as the steps are low and wide. The ground floor also has the kitchen, which invites you to prepare delicious meals with products from the market just around the corner. On this floor there is one of the two bathrooms, which is equipped with a bathtub and a laundry room with a washing machine. The first floor has 3 bedrooms with double beds and the second bathroom. Two of the bedrooms share a landing with armchairs and a balcony. An ideal place to relax and enjoy a morning/afternoon tea/coffee. It can also be used as an office. The rooms are west-facing and have afternoon sun. The third bedroom overlooks a large enclosed terrace, which is mainly used for drying clothes. The second floor leads directly to the terrace room. Through the sliding glass doors you have a wonderful view of the sky, the Mediterranean Sea, the hills of the countryside and the roofs and terraces of Torrox. The terrace room and terrace are designed as a unit to relax indoors when it's cool, enjoy a delicious meal, take a nap or enjoy peace and quiet at night. Especially when you come home from a trip to the beautiful cities and natural parks of Andalusia, this place is perfect for relaxing. Casa Nana is designed for comfort any time of the year. Both air conditioning and heating are integrated in the bedrooms and in the ground floor living area. Thermal windows and glass doors with mosquito nets and exterior blinds in all bedrooms offer optimal protection. The beds, very cozy, are equipped with Scandinavian duvets, covers and organic cotton sheets. There is parking at the entrance to the village and in the back. Parking is free and both parking lots are about a 7-minute walk from Casa Nana. You can also park for 30 minutes to unload in Plaza de la Constitución, 30 meters from the house. Ideal for entering and leaving the house and for unloading purchases. The village of Torrox is located 125 meters above sea level on a hill and 3 km from the coast. The Torrox-Costa coast offers beaches as far as the eye can see and a promenade with bars and restaurants that offer everything your heart desires. In low season, there are fewer restaurants open on the coast. In Torrox you live all year round and all seasons of the year are pleasant. The city boasts the best weather in Europe. The city council organizes numerous events throughout the year, such as Andalusian folk dances and the annual flamenco singing contest. The coast is easily accessible by car or bus, but if you fancy a little excursion, you can also get there on foot in about an hour. The city and Malaga airport can be reached from Torrox in 45 minutes on the 7A highway.
