Polna Osada Nadkole III is a stylish and comfortable house for 6 people, located just 40 minutes from Warsaw. The interior includes 2 cozy bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom, as well as air conditioning, Wi-Fi and Netflix for the comfort of guests. Outside there is a private terrace with a wood-fired hot tub – perfect for relaxing and admiring the surrounding nature. Guests also have access to a shared relaxation area with a heated pool (May-September), sauna and gym. Guest access Polna Osada Nadkole is a peaceful countryside retreat surrounded by nature, located just 40 minutes from Warsaw. The property features four independent cottages, each separated by small fences to ensure privacy and comfort. Every house has its own private relaxation area – a terrace with a wood-fired hot tub, grill (available from April to October), and outdoor dining table, perfect for shared meals and quiet evenings. Guests also have access to a shared recreation zone with a heated swimming pool (open May–September), a sauna, and a gym. It’s a perfect place to slow down, unwind, and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. Other things to note A refundable damage deposit of 1000 PLN is required for each booking. This deposit serves as security against any potential damage or loss that may occur during the stay. It will be fully refunded after check-out, provided that the property and its equipment remain in good condition. If the value of any damages exceeds the deposit amount, the guest will be financially responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement. Firewood for the hot tub is not included in the stay price. You are welcome to bring your own, or you can purchase it on-site for 150 PLN per pack (enough for approx. 2 uses). Please note that outdoor and leisure equipment (e.g. grill, hammock, terrace furniture) may differ from what is shown in the photos. This is due to natural wear from guest use and the seasonal availability of certain items. Outdoor equipment is available seasonally – typically from April to October. Whenever replacements are made, we provide items of equivalent standard and functionality.
