The space L'Affaccio sul Borgo is an elegant apartment directly overlooking the main square of Montone, one of Umbria's medieval jewels. A perfect combination of contemporary design and timeless charm: exposed wooden beams, stone floors, fine furnishings and works of art on the walls create a refined, warm and welcoming atmosphere. The apartment has a spacious double bedroom with a standard-size double bed. The modern and fully equipped Modulnova kitchen is perfect for preparing any type of meal. You will also find a kettle, toaster, espresso machine and electric milk frother to enjoy a delicious cappuccino just like in a café. From the kitchen, you can access a romantic little terrace from which you can admire the roofs of the village and be enchanted by the beautiful sunsets. The large, bright and elegantly furnished living room invites you to relax, while the bathroom, entirely covered in resin, is embellished with a charming waterfall shower. To make the stay even more comfortable, the apartment also has a practical separate laundry room, with a washing machine at the complete disposal of guests, which is particularly appreciated during longer stays. We recommend that you park your car along the walls and enjoy a pleasant walk through the alleys of the village to reach us. In any case, all directions will be communicated to you before your arrival. Please also note that to access the apartment you need to climb stairs, for this reason it may not be suitable for those with walking problems or very old people.
