boutiqueAPART, Bayreuth's first design accommodation, is located in the listed building directly on the historic city wall. Outside the front door, city cafes, restaurants, shops, Hofgarten, museums and Bayreuth sights await you! The space Located on one of the most beautiful and idyllic courtyards in town, the only privately rented design apartment of downtown Bayreuth. The modern design apartment is accessible via the historic courtyard, in which parking spaces can also be rented on request (plus 15 euros per day). A staircase leads to the design apartment via the terrace of a typical French restaurant – also accessible via the pedestrian zone of Von-Römer-Straße 28. Immediately upon entering, the total accommodation of the entire accommodation renovated in 2016 is noticeable. The open high-end kitchen consists of Illy coffee machine, two ceramic hobs, microwave, dishwasher refrigerator from a modern countertop. The equipment is complemented by a modern living area . In addition to the kitchen, there are bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet in the design apartment. Of course, the whole apartment is equipped with everything your heart desires from towels to bedding. The sleeping area is equipped with a 180x200cm box spring bed and TV. From this you have a view to the historic city wall. Guest access A staircase leads via the terrace of a typical French restaurant – also accessible via the pedestrian zone of Von-Römer-Strasse 28 - to the design apartment. For cars, additional garage spaces are available in the courtyard (plus 15 euros per day). Downtown is a 1-minute walk away. Other things to note Breakfast The apartments are equipped with coffee machines and, in addition to cooking, are also suitable for breakfast. On your special request, we will provide you with breakfast in your fridge the day before in the afternoon/evening. This consists of ham, cheese, butter, jam, nutella, honey, cereal, milk, orange juice, yogurt and fruit salad. Croissants and fresh rolls are delivered early in the morning by the bakery right by the door. You have the option to book this service for 12 euros per person in addition to your booking. Alternatively, you can have breakfast in one of the numerous cafes and restaurants within walking distance. From 10 am, the French restaurant Miamiam Glouglou offers breakfast right outside your apartment door
