The space This finished downstairs flat comfortably accommodates families or work groups. The space features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, along with a full kitchen, dining room, and living room. Sleep arrangements are flexible — one bedroom has a plush memory foam King, while the second offers a Queen and Twin. The living room adds even more capacity with a Twin bed and three full-length couches that double as sleeping space. The dining table seats up to 8. The bathroom is stocked with towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and toothpaste. The kitchen comes fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils — plus a selection of instant hot beverages to start your mornings right. Families with little ones will appreciate the baby bathtub, high chair, toddler toys, and books. Step outside to a fenced porch that catches a wonderful breeze — perfect for unwinding after a long day. A BBQ is available for those who’d like to grill. Inside, stay connected with dedicated WiFi, a workspace, a mini Bluetooth speaker, and a TV ready for your favorite streaming apps. The King bedroom has A/C; all other rooms are cooled by fans. You’re just a short walk from local convenience stores and a major bus stop. My husband and I live upstairs and are always nearby if you need anything. Guest access Guests are welcomed to the entire downstairs unit, porch, and parking area in front of the unit. The gate has 2 entrances that guests will have keys for. There is one entrance to the flat, that guests will have a key to. Other things to note ARRIVAL Arrival from the U.S. Mainland lands you around 9:30pm, and by the time you claim your luggage and head to the unit, you could be looking at 10:30-11:00pm.~ Apart from a handful of convenience stores on the way to the flat, McDonald’s (near airport) will be the only place open, if you’re hunger pains kick in.~ We will stock the fridge with water bottles, especially to combat the heat.~ If there are other necessities you’d need to get you through your first night, you can send us a list and then reimburse us upon arrival ~ Whether you’re picking up a car rental upon arrival or not, we can meet you at the airport and guide you to the flat CAR RENTAL We partner with a couple of car rental companies and are happy to pass along their info. COMMUNICATION American Samoa operates on 2 networks only (Blue Sky and ASTCA). We recommend bringing an UNLOCKED phone, that will allow you to use either of the 2 provider SIM cards. Should you not have an UNLOCKED phone, we have a MiFi (Mobile WiFi) that you can rent from us for $20/week, or you can purchase one, THEN purchase a bundle/plan from either of the carriers/rephrase ~ Depending on how long you will be here, we’re happy to procure a SIM card according to your needs, then reimburse us upon arrival
