If electricity usage exceeds the included allowance, the additional cost will be calculated based on the meter reading and electricity credit receipts and charged through the Airbnb Resolution Centre. Cleaning Policy A one-time cleaning fee applies to all bookings. We take cleanliness very seriously and carefully inspect the apartment before every check-in. If you notice any cleaning issue upon arrival, please notify us within the first few hours of check-in so we can address it promptly. For longer stays, housekeeping is provided twice per week to help maintain the apartment in good condition. Issues reported several days into the stay may be considered normal use after check-in. Guests may also request additional cleaning during their stay for $20 per session, subject to availability. Appliance Use If you experience difficulty operating any appliance (water heater, cooker, oven, air conditioner, etc.), please contact us immediately so we can assist. We are always happy to guide guests on how to use the appliances properly. Appliance Repairs In the rare event that an appliance stops working during your stay, we will arrange repair as quickly as possible. However, minor issues or problems reported late in the stay may not qualify for refunds, especially if the host was not given an opportunity to resolve the issue promptly.
