VILLA FENICE - SORRENTO AREA Beautiful villa with sea views and private pool, found close to the beach of Marina del Cantone, reachable within 850m, offering the ideal place for those that want a seaside holiday close to restaurants and amenities. The nearest restaurant and bus stop is at 850m, with the town of Nerano 1km away. A car is recommended (small or medium-sized car); villa offers private parking for two cars; access to the villa is via a dirt track not suitable for 4x4s or camper vans. The space The villa develops over two levels and 135 square metres. On the ground floor we find the living room composed of two connected rooms: a lounge area and a sleeping area with double bed. In the lounge area we find a single sofa bed with TV as well as direct access to the terrace. On this floor we have the kitchen with dining table for eight and access to the terrace. There is also a bathroom with shower with access from the kitchen, and a laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities. On the first floor we have one double bedroom with sea views and air conditioning; one double bedroom with an additional single bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, also with sea views and air con; one twin bedroom with single beds, air conditioning and sea views; one separate bathroom with shower accessed from the corridor. Outside, the villa has a private swimming pool with hydro massage (7x3m; 1m deep; open from early April until late October) and a large garden/terrace area equipped with tables, chairs, umbrellas and sun lounges. From here the villa offers stunning views across the sea and coastal area.
