Le Castel Biodiversity Park - La Pape Room

Within a large private property, large and beautiful 1900 Belle Epoque style residence with stunning views of the island of La-Pape, the Biodiversity Park Le Castel Maison d'Hôtes & Table Bio offers the La-Pape Room. Ideally located, benefiting from a grassland and wooded area of 7800 m2, the residence is 10 minutes from the Lyon City Hall, the Cité Internationale, the Part-Dieu, the PERICA business area of Rillieux and close to the highway exits. The space The La-Pape Room, which has an area of 25 m², is on the second floor of the Maître house, a floor reserved for guests. Carefully decorated, this beautiful charming double room has an ensuite bathroom with built-in toilet. It enjoys stunning views of the Île de la-Pape surrounded by the Vieux Rhône. To combat the COVID-19 pandemic, a series of strict health measures have been put in place: - Entrance specially dedicated to guests, - Provision of hydroalcoholic gel, - Long and systematic ventilation of the accommodation for a minimum of 4 hours, - Use of disinfectant, - Professional cleaning carried out with masks and gloves, - Vacancy of the accommodation for a period of 24 hours. Note: For the comfort and health safety of guests, it is possible to have breakfast and catering in the private hall of the room, or, if time permits, on the large terrace of the Belvedere, at private tables, at least 5 m away from each other. It should be noted that our Guest House has other rooms and suites available for rent, such as the Florentine and Pavilion rooms and the La Pape and Pavilion Suites. Guest access Guests have access to the large 1900 Belle Epoque-style house in which the La-Pape Room is located on the 2nd floor. We offer our guests a French, organic, local, and seasonal breakfast (organic products direct from producers), which takes place in the private hall of the room, or, on the large terrace of the belvedere, at private tables at least 5 m away from each other, when the weather permits. Carefully prepared, it is composed of fine coffee and tea from fair trade and/or organic, organic pressed orange juice, pastries and fresh breads, organic jams and honey from the region, organic butter and cottage cheese, and seasonal regional fruits. It will be paid on site, for the price of €10 per person per night. In addition to breakfasts, Villa Castel now offers meals (prices from €18 and menu at €25 excluding drinks). Seasonal aromatic cuisine, entirely made on site, with vegetarian and vegan options, is made from local products from organic farming and, for the most part, local and peasant, of high environmental and taste quality. La Table Bio also offers an organic & local CAVE A MANGER concept with an atypical selection of biodynamic wines from the Rhone Valley, organic and local beers, producers' nectars and freshly cold-pressed juices, as well as herbal infusions from the garden. Guests also have access to the entire large flower and tree garden of the property as well as the tennis court. During your stay Communication with our guests is by phone or email. We are present in the property during our guests' stay. We gladly give our guests directions and information about places to visit and the best restaurants in Lyon, but also places to discover around Lyon such as the village of Pérouges or Beaujolais. Other things to note In addition to French, we also speak English and Russian. Villa Castel offers the possibility, in dedicated private spaces per accommodation unit, to have on-site catering with organic products purchased at the property, or with dishes brought from outside Breakfast is to be paid on site, for the price of €10 per person per night. Meals are to be paid on site for a price from €18 & menu at €25 excluding drinks. Half-day pool package, in a time slot from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., €25 per person and €10 for children under 3 years old for visitors outside the Guest House. Pets are allowed within the limit of one per room for the price of €10 per night and per pet, to be paid on site. Extra charge of 10 euros per night and per child under 3 years old, to be paid on site. Check-in is from 4 p.m. to midnight. However, for arrivals before 4 p.m. and after 8 p.m., a supplement will be requested.
