Luxury apartment in a small community, this unit has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and an open floor plan. We have a 24 hour fitness center, 24 hour coffee bar, and in the summer months a heated salt-water pool are also included (Opening in late May for the season). We also have a convenient easy to find location. If you are arriving during office hours you will pick up a key and fob from the office. if you will be arriving after office hours - you will receive a code for a lock box- at the clubhouse to access the key and fob. We are 3 minutes from shopping- Shadow lake shopping center is 3 minutes away- HY-VEE has EVERYTHING you need for groceries, TJ Maxx for quick gifts, and Dollar Tree for little things needed. There are a variety of restaurants to sit down at - Old Chicago, Texas Roadhouse, Freddy's, and Nebraska Brewing Company - to name just a few in the area. Welcome to Titan Springs Apartments. Below are a few house rules and reminders for you and your guests. • Before leaving, be sure to remove all sheets & blankets from each bed that was used and start a load of laundry with sheets only. Please leave any used towels in the laundry room. The remainder of the house cleaning will be done promptly on the day you check out at 12pm. • All housewares and items in the apartment have been inventoried. Please refrain from taking any items with you when you leave. • We ask that you respect the neighbors around you and monitor your noise level during the evening hours. • Your key fob will grant you entry to the clubhouse. Inside the clubhouse you will find a 24-hour coffee bar that offers cappuccinos, lattes and you hot chocolate. You also have access to the 24-hour fitness facility. Please note, if you use the fitness facility, you are using it at your own risk. • The swimming pool is open from 9 AM- 9 PM - there are 4 beach towels in the closet off the dining room. Please note, if you use the swimming pool, please ready the pool rules prior to entering- and you are using it at your own risk. • If the apartment has any maintenance emergencies please call 833-557-1320 and let them know specifically what is going on and let them know the address of the apartment which is listed at the top of this sheet. • This is a non-smoking property and we ask that if you are a smoker that you need to leave the property and smoke on the sidewalk adjacent to Longview Street and dispose of your cigarettes properly. • Be sure to lock the apartment every time you leave the apartment. You will need a key fob and apartment key each time you leave the apartment. • No pets are allowed to stay in the apartment unless other accommodations have been made prior to your trip to our community. • The office staff is available Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm if you need any assistance or have any questions.
