Our holiday home Villa Ragunda is situated in a rural area at the foot of the mountain with the Hammarstrand letters, surrounded by peace and nature. The space This cozy 60 m² holiday home is located in a rural setting and sleeps 4-6 people. It is available for rent year-round. *In the summer of 2026, the garden will be fenced, so your dog can run around freely.* The house consists of two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a double sofa bed. The house has a cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen, equipped with all conveniences, including a combination microwave oven, extractor hood, 4-burner induction cooktop, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, pans, crockery, cutlery, mugs, and glasses. The cozy living room has a comfortable sofa, a dining table with chairs, a TV, air conditioning and a woodstove. Wi-Fi is free available. There is a separate toilet and a separate shower room with a shower and sink. You have a private parking space and a spacious garden with comfortable chairs and a table overlooking the mountain with the letters "Hammarstrand." Barbecue facilities are also available. Guest access The entire property is available for rent. You can also use the BBQ facilities in our spacious garden, which also features a pavilion with a table and comfortable chairs during the summer months. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can rent them at the property for a fee of SEK 175.00 per period per person, or bring their own. If you don't use your own or rented bed linen, a charge of SEK 550,00 per bed will be applied. Please inquire about the option to have the apartment cleaned upon check-out. Otherwise, a separate cleaning fee of SEK 450.00 will be charged. Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome with us. Dogs are included in the price. Two dogs are welcome; if you have more dogs this can be discussed in consultation. We have a fenced garden surrounding the holiday home. The fence is 1.20 meters high. For an additional car, there is a small fee of SEK 50.00 per night. Please inform Villa Ragunda in advance of your expected arrival time. This property does not accommodate bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar events. Quiet time is required between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There's a coin-operated washing machine in the apartment. Because we use a septic tank, you can only purchase a coin and the correct detergent from the landlord for a small fee of 75,00 SEK. A cot is available. The cost is SEK 50.00 per night. In the months of September through March, we may charge an amount of 3.00 SEK per kWh for energy costs.
