Enjoy the lovely setting of this adult only, newly converted apartment within our farmhouse. With your own entrance and facilities you can escape from the city and enjoy the countryside, situated between the Lake District and The Yorkshire Dales. Visit nearby attractions such as Capernwray Diving Centre, Ingleton Caves and more. Ideal for a romantic weekend away or a base for a walking holiday. Close to M6 J35. Please be aware due to this being a farm we cannot accommodate children. The space A self contained apartment within our home. The facilities include a kitchen, living space with sofa tv and dining area, bathroom with shower and bedroom with double bed. These are all for just your own use, non shared with the host. Parking space on the driveway and use of half of the garden. Guest access Access through the patio doors that lead into the apartment. This is a separate entrance to the main house so solely for your use. A lockbox is outside the doors with a key so you can come and go as you please. Other things to note We do have a young farm dog, she is called Tess and is very friendly but quite excitable. We endeavour to keep her on the lead when we have guests. If you’re happy to have her say hello please let us know so she can have a bit more free time on the yard when you’re here. Our heating is oil fired and we have a large hot water tank so water can take a little while to get hot, when it comes through it’s very hot so be patient then take care, it’s always helpful to know how well you like to be heated so we can set the heating to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
