Located in the countryside, just 2 minutes from shops and services, and less than 1 hour from Nantes, Rennes and Angers. Our cottage has been designed to accommodate up to 15 people. Whether you're organizing a family reunion, a weekend with friends, a stay, or a business event, you'll find the space and comfort you need here to share unforgettable moments. The space The cottage has 7 bedrooms: - 4 bedrooms on the ground floor with a private bathroom, one of which is equipped with a bathtub, and 1 bedroom adapted for people with reduced mobility. - 3 bedrooms upstairs with a fifth bathroom. Each BD is equipped with high-quality bedding and single beds that can be adjusted according to your needs. You will also have a large, bright living room of over 80 m², where you can gather, with a fully equipped kitchen (2 refrigerators, 1 dishwasher, 1 oven and 1 microwave). And enjoy a real relaxation area that is accessible in any season: ✓ Indoor pool heated to 28°C ✓ Indoor spa heated to 35°C year-round The exteriors have been designed for relaxation: - Over 100 m² of terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. - Wooded plot of more than one hectare. Both young and old will also enjoy the presence of our animals: ponies, sheep, and goats. To enhance your stay, you will also have the following on site: A petanque court and a gym.
