Room with Baltic Sea flair – close to Stralsund

Relaxed living surrounded by greenery – just minutes away from Stralsund! A cozy guest room with a private bathroom awaits you in our occupied single-family house on a 6000 m² wooded property. A perfect oasis of tranquility with Wi-Fi, a terrace and parking right by the house. Stralsund, the island of Rügen and the Baltic Sea are within easy reach. The space The guest room is located on the ground floor of our inhabited family house on a quiet forest property – minutes from Stralsund. Important in advance: It is not a complete apartment or a separate apartment, but a guest room within our house, in which we also live. A cozily furnished guest room and a private bathroom are at your disposal. The guest bedroom has: one large double bed a small table with two chairs Storage space for clothing and personal belongings Wifi Bed linen and towels are of course provided. The guest room can be locked from the inside and out, so you can retreat undisturbed at any time. Right next door is your private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The bathroom is lockable from the inside. You can reach the room and bathroom via the common hallway, which we also use occasionally. Our house is surrounded by green on a large forest property and is ideal for switching off and relaxing. Despite the quiet location, Stralsund, Rügen and the Baltic Sea are within easy reach. Guest access You can conveniently park directly on the property – there is a paved parking space on the left side next to the garage. From there, you can go through the courtyard entrance directly to the ground floor area of the house, where both the lockable guest room and your own bathroom are located. Both rooms are located on the ground floor and can be accessed via the shared hallway. The hallway opens onto our open-plan kitchen-living room, which we ourselves use regularly – but our private living area with bedroom and bathroom is on the first floor. Of course, you can also use the terrace and garden area to enjoy the peace and quiet and the view of the countryside. Use of the kitchen or grill may be possible after prior arrangement. WiFi is available throughout the house free of charge. During your stay We value uncomplicated and personal communication. Check-in and check-out are usually done in person, so we can greet and say goodbye to our guests directly. We are very flexible with the check-in and check-out times – we can easily coordinate these individually in advance so that everything runs smoothly and without stress. During the stay we are available at any time – either via Airbnb messages or by phone. The corresponding mobile number is stored in the profile. Since we live in the house ourselves, we are also happy to be contacted personally if you have any questions or concerns. Whether a short question, spontaneous recommendation or organizational concern – we are always happy to help and find a quick solution together. Other things to note Our Australian Shepherd, currently 1 year old, also lives in our home. He is curious, playful and very trusting – he greets new guests in a friendly manner and is happy to be petted. Otherwise, he is calm and relaxed. Occasionally, he barks briefly at his toy when he wants to play, but otherwise you can hardly hear him. Our house is surrounded by greenery, trees and tranquility. We bought the house about two years ago and are gradually furnishing our private rooms with a lot of love.
