Folly View is a spacious one bedroom apartment, bright and airy with private access. There are scenic views in all directions and a south facing balcony. There are many walks, both easy and challenging, from the back door; the busy town of Pateley Bridge is a ten minute stroll. FV is fully furnished with a well equipped kitchen - a perfect place to escape and relax. There is a conservatory for outdoor paraphernalia and a garden, courtyard and private, off-road parking. Dogs welcome (2 max). The space The space is clean and bright and uncluttered but also has everything you could need (washing machine, dishwasher, BT fibre wi-fi, smart TV) to be independent for a long stay and lots of room for your own stuff including bikes, walking gear and canine paraphernalia. There is a great sense of privacy in Folly View, and it also has amazing, long-distance views. The apartment is carefully maintained, and everything works well, including the central heating and wood burning stove. The apartment is not suitable for children/infants. Guest access Guests enjoy independent access by the use of a key code sent to you a few days before arrival. Off street parking is available in an allocated space at the end of the garden. The garden and courtyard patio are also available for guests to use. The conservatory is a really useful space for storing your outdoor stuff and managing dogs. The south facing balcony, accessed through the lounge, is a perfect place to sit and enjoy panoramic views - if you enjoy bird watching or star gazing you need go no further than the balcony but bring your binoculars. If you visit in the winter months when the moon is full and it is a clear night, you are in for a treat. Other things to note Folly View is one of five properties surrounding the Holly Court courtyard and it is the only holiday accommodation. It is a friendly community of families and long-term residents. All the houses are converted from buildings that were part of the Bewerley Estate and the locality is rich in historic buildings.
