Farmhouse near town

Our place allows you to spend time with your family and visit our region. It consists of an entrance, a master suite accessible to wheelchairs, 1 WC, a laundry room, and a large 55 m² living room with kitchen and lounge on the ground floor; a shower room and 2 bedrooms upstairs. A minimum of 2 nights' booking is required, but exceptions can be made outside of holidays and long weekends, and you will be asked to pay an additional fee. The space The house is located in a village at the exit of the municipality in a dead end street. It consists of: on the ground floor: - a large entrance giving access to the staircase that goes upstairs; - a toilet; - a master suite of 13 m² or blue bedroom (double bed of 160) equipped with a wardrobe and a dresser and the bathroom with double sink, shower and toilet; - a large living room of about 55 m² consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room for 10 people and a living room area; - a laundry room equipped with a freezer and a washing machine; upstairs: - a hallway; - a bathroom with double sink and shower; - a 10 m² bedroom or green room (140 cm double bed) with built-in cupboards; - a 15 m² dormitory room with built-in closet and equipped with 2 bunk beds (2 beds of 140 and 2 beds of 90). And for your information, the entire ground floor is wheelchair accessible. The courtyard easily allows parking 3-4 vehicles. Sheets are provided but bath towels are not. Other things to note Rental for bachelorette or bachelor parties is not desired.
