Spread across two levels, this fully air-conditioned villa blends lavish indoor spaces with a relaxing outdoor vibe for an unforgettable Alibag getaway. Lavish Living & Entertainment: A massive 1200 sq. ft. living room offering plenty of space for everyone to gather. It features a dedicated TV area for movie nights, as well as a separate game zone complete with a pool table. The entire living and gaming space is fully air-conditioned. Spacious Bedrooms: The property features 6 highly spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms fitted with a total of 10 king-size beds to easily accommodate large groups. Ground Floor: 2 beautifully appointed bedrooms. First Floor: 4 massive bedrooms, one of which opens up to a small, private open terrace. Bed Setup: To maximise comfort, 4 of the bedrooms are equipped with 2 king-size beds each, while the other 2 bedrooms feature 1 king-size bed each. Bathrooms & Convenience: Every bedroom comes with its own private en-suite bathroom. In total, there are 8 modern bathrooms inside the villa, plus 1 convenient common washroom outside. Outdoor Vibe: Step right outside to enjoy the property's massive exterior. You'll have your own a 15' x 30' private swimming pool, a sprawling lawn to play or relax on, and an alfresco dining area, perfect for soaking up the Alibag breeze. Pantry Setup: A handy indoor pantry is available, equipped with a hot water kettle, a microwave/oven for heating meals, and all the basics you need to whip up quick late-night snacks like Maggi. Prime Location: The villa is conveniently located just 2.5 km from Alibag Beach and 3 km from Varsoli Beach. Guest access Accessible to the complete property, other than the kitchen, electrical room, and filter room. Guests can access the kitchen only to ask the caretaker for any such help. Other things to note All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. BBQ is available at an extra cost. For 16+ guests, an additional charge of ₹1,750/person is applicable, payable via the Airbnb Resolution Centre after booking confirmation. A security deposit of ₹10,000 is payable at the time of check-in and is refundable, subject to the terms & conditions. Pool Timings: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM Smoking: Allowed only in outdoor areas. Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited; if found, a ₹10,000 fine will be imposed. Quiet Hours: After 11:00 PM till 8:00 am (Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm) Guests cannot invite other guests or day visitors during their stay. No Heavy cooking allowed in the villa kitchen. Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items. Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave. A ₹1,000/- (per meal) cleaning charge applies if outside food is brought in (we provide dishes, spoons, forks and clear all the left overs).
