A great room that greets you as you walk-in serves as the living room and one queen bed. A loft space that can be used for an office. A basement that boasts a full Kitchen, dining area, tile bathroom, a second queen bed and washer and dryer. Across the side porch you will find the sunroom with private bedroom, bathroom, laundry, kitchenette & another living room. The space Freshly remodeled and updated for you to enjoy. Guest access The Lamb Estate has three separate units available to rent. The Loft is accessed via the door on the side facing Meadville Street. The back of the house is not included in your stay. The main front door is not included in your stay. The small white guest house is not included in your stay. You may encounter other guests staying on the property.
