Welcome to your comfortable home away from home. This modern, fully furnished space is designed for longer stays, offering the perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and convenience. Ideal for: • Traveling professionals & work assignments • Insurance/displacement stays • Families relocating or in transition • Extended visits with family Our goal is to provide a seamless, stress-free stay where you can feel at home from day one. If you have any questions or specific needs, we’re happy to help. The space House Rules: 🚭No Smoking on the property •Vaping and e-cigarettes are permitted. 🐾🚫No Pets Allowed •Unauthorized pets will result in a $150 fee plus any additional cleaning or damage costs. 🚗 Parking Rules •Maximum of 3 cars fit in the driveway. •No overnight street parking is permitted. Vehicles in violation may be ticketed or towed at the guest’s expense. 🚫No Parties •Parties, or large gatherings, are strictly prohibited. •Violation will result in a $500 fine and immediate termination of the reservation without refund. 👥 Registered Guests Only •Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. •Unauthorized guests will result in cancellation of your stay and/or subject to a fee. 🛏️ Linen & Towel Policy •Stained comforters or duvet covers will result in a $50 replacement fee. •Damaged or stained towels/sheets will be charged at $20 each. 🔇 Quiet Hours •Strict quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM on the weekdays and 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM on the weekends, especially outdoors. Guest access The entire property is yours to enjoy during your stay, with the exception of the garage. The garage is reserved for my team’s storage and cleaning supplies, so we kindly ask that guests not access it Other things to note Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, and a cozy, thoughtfully designed environment that makes settling in easy, whether you’re here for a week or a few months.
