Enjoy accommodation for a group of 1 to 5 people in a Rustic-Bohemian house. Whether for short or long stays. Pets are welcome as long as they don't get on the armchairs, beds, dining room and you pick up their waste. Ideal if you have competition in Las Estacas, since we are: 15 min from Las Estacas (natural park), 15 min from El Rollo Water Park, 15 min from the Santa Isabel spa, 37 min from Tequesquitengo Lake, 1 hour from Six Flags Oaxtepec. The space The property has a private entrance. The room has a lock, bathroom/shower with soap, conditioner, shampoo, clean towels and fan. The room has 2 double beds and 1 single bed, so in the application you must choose the number of people who will stay. Up to 2 additional people can stay at an extra cost of $200 pesos each (per night) since the house has another room with 1 double bed (notify to adjust the accommodation rate and prepare the accommodation). We have a patio for pets and children to play freely. We have a full bathroom in the living room. We have a private garage for 2 cars inside the establishment for greater comfort and there is the possibility of leaving 3 cars outside the property. This accommodation is NOT SHARED with people outside your reservation. The balcony has: *Hammocks for rest (not for rocking), * Hanging chair for resting (not to bite). The room has: *TV, *Lounge chairs. This stay IS not SHARED with anyone outside of your reservation. Other things to note The accommodation is in a rural area (village). The house is furnished as shown in the pictures and is completely fenced. Check-in is at 3:00 PM with the possibility of: ⌚️arriving earlier. 🧳storing luggage. This is based on availability. Check-out 11 A.M. The price per extra person is $200 MXN (per night). Notify us to prepare an additional room (up to 2 more people). The charge per extra person is applied whether or not the extra bed is placed. You can have a campfire 🔥 in the garden, so you can bring firewood. If you can't bring it, we have a local contact who sells firewood for $100 pesos (if you need to request the service, do so in advance so it's ready when you arrive and the space can be prepared).
