Apartments and Furnishings: -The apartments are equipped with all comforts and furnished with care. Please treat the furniture and equipment with respect. -Do not move furniture or objects from one apartment to another. -The kitchen is fully equipped. We ask you to clean pots, dishes and utensils after use. -Linens (sheets, towels, etc.) are provided. At the end of your stay, please leave the used linen in the appropriate basket. Unused towels can be left separately. - Please do not throw pillows or other objects on the floor. 2. Please respect the private spaces of the other guests, (if the apartment on the ground floor is not inhabited, you can use the garden table). The hammocks and deckchairs are for common use. After use, please put them back in their place. In case of rain forecasts, please put them in the shelter indicated on the ground floor. Do not leave personal items unattended in the garden, especially at night, so as not to interfere with the operation of the robotic lawnmower. The robotic lawnmower is programmed to operate at night. Please do not interfere with its operation and remove any obstacles. 6. Shared Tools: The guitar is available to all guests. After use, please store it in its case and in its designated place. Please handle the guitar with care. 7. Waste and recycling a) Guests and their Visitors responsible for waste and recycling in accordance with the customary practices of the Holiday Home (as detailed inside the house), must use the appropriate containers, and not leave excesses in common or public areas; 8. Parking a) Guests are required to comply with the regulations for the use of the parking and other requirements specified below, showing respect for the neighbors and other cars. b) The instructions regarding the Property Parking are as follows: the car can be brought up to 20 meters from the apartment (then begins a road that can only be used by small cars or motorcycles but without a parking area, which connects to the entrance of the village about a hundred meters away) for loading and unloading. The nearest parking spaces, which are 5 parking spaces, are reserved for residents of the village, so we ask you in advance not to use them but to use them for the maneuver to return to the nearest parking lot. There are several parking lots. free of charge between 150 and 250 meters from the house where you can leave your vans or cars, (WE WILL SEND YOU THE MAP) some are guarded by cameras such as the one in Piazza Cesio, the main square but also the others are frequented by residents and therefore considered safe. Safety a) Whenever Guests leave the Holiday it is their responsibility to make sure that all windows and doors are closed/locked, in order to ensure the safety of the property and prevent rainwater damage; We ask that you store the keys in the box located outside the house so that all guests of the apartment have access, having only one key for everyone, thus avoiding the risk of losing them. b) Guests must turn off lights, fans, appliances such as television when they are not in use, in favor of energy saving. b) For safety reasons when using the lawnmower, absolutely do not leave glass objects on the ground in the garden. Failure to comply with this rule could result in a penalty that will be deducted from the security deposit. 10. Keys and their safekeeping a) Access to the house is through two doors, one shared with other houses (where it is not possible to leave bicycles or luggage) and the other a gate that gives access to the "Secret Garden". Both have an electronic access code that will be given to you before your arrival. Let us know if you have a bicycle with you for access to the bbike room. Inside the box located near the entrance door, guests will find two sets of keys. One of the sets must remain inside the safe (box), while the other can be used to open and close the apartment. It is important that, after use, the keys are placed in the safe, so that all the inhabitants of the apartment can access it, even in the event of separate returns, thus avoiding the risk of losing the keys. Check-in is from 2:30 p.m., while check-out must take place by 11:00 a.m. Upon request, you can leave your luggage in the bike room after check-out. For other requests to be agreed upon. b) Check-in and check-out will preferably be done in person. If for some reason we are not available, an automatic check-in/ automatic check-out will be arranged. 10.
