Short-term Rental Registration Number 000295 Guest access ➞ Guests can enjoy the entire ADU through a private entrance. ➞ The pool and the laundry room are shared by the guests living in the house on the side, on the same lot. Other things to note ➞ The pool, backyard, and laundry room are shared spaces with other guests on the property, so we kindly ask that you remain respectful while using them. The laundry room is located at the far end of the pool area for your convenience. Please note that the backyard is not part of the main rental experience and may be less maintained at times; you are welcome to use it, but do so at your own risk. ➞ Grill - We don't provide propane for the grill, please bring it yourselves. They can be found in local stores nearby. ➞ You can park on the driveway, for 1 vehicle. Street parking is usually available too. ➞ Parking spots are available for car vehicles, no truck or larger vehicle can park there. If you have either one of these, you can park it at nearby paid parking. ➞ Coffee - We do not provide coffee here. ➞ The pool is outdoor and shows signs of age, with black stains on its edges. Being outdoors, it's typical for leaves and debris to accumulate in the pool. However, we do have weekly pool service to maintain cleanliness. A professional pool technician performs maintenance every week, but some leaves or debris from nearby trees may still end up in the pool. We provide a net for you to remove them yourself. ➞ AC takes about 10min to warm up when you turn it on, thank you for your patient ➞ Be respectful of neighbors and other guests you share amenities with. ➞ Before mailing, please ensure that the package recipient is the name of the booked guest and that it is delivered during the guest's stay. We are not responsible for receiving packages after guests check out, and guests must bear the risk of package loss. ➞ Limited Living Room Space. If it's hard to tell from the photos, it's not a huge space for a 3-bedroom.
