Apartment Pollenca - Lagune Leipzig

It has a picturesque view of the Hainer See lagoon and a rooftop terrace with a lounge. Ideal for a short visit to Leipzig or as a long-term accommodation for singles and couples. The space is a modernly furnished apartment in a newly built villa on Hainer See. There is a spiral staircase by the house that you can use to reach the apartment. The amenities of the approximately 30 m² apartment include high-quality laminate flooring, satellite TV, a separate, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and much more. There is a large box spring bed and fresh bed linens. Towels are not on site. We ask you to bring your own. The highlight of the apartment is the picturesque view of the lagoon and the roof terrace with a lounge for relaxing. The apartment is located in the cozy village of Kahnsdorf. This is in the south of Leipzig in the middle of Leipzig's Neuseenland. The Kahnsdorf Lagoon is one of the insider tips in the south of Leipzig. And unlike at the nearby Cospudener See or Markleeberger See, you will find peace and quiet here and it is not frequented by the many Leipzig residents at the lake! It is precisely this mix of locals and guests, of activity and a relaxed atmosphere, that makes the area so appealing. Public parking is right across the street and costs a flat €8 per day. Sorry, smoking and pets are not allowed in our apartment. In Kahnsdorf, there is a newly built Mediterranean-style ice cream parlor located in the middle of the village. The ice cream and cake here are very delicious. There are also warm meals in the evening. There is also the Schillerhaus. This is located next to the Rittergut Kahnsdorf. There is no shopping in Kahnsdorf itself yet. I recommend the town of Borna (lots of shopping) which is 10 minutes away by car or the small town of Rötha (about 5 minutes away by car).
