It has a picturesque view of the Hainer See lagoon and a rooftop terrace with a lounge. Ideal for a short visit to Leipzig or as a long-term accommodation for singles and couples. The space is a modern furnished apartment in a newly built villa on Lake Hainer. There is a spiral staircase at the house that you can use to reach the apartment. The approximately 30 m² apartment includes a high-quality laminate floor, satellite TV, a separate, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and much more. There is a large box spring bed and fresh linen. Towels are not on site. We ask you to bring your own. The highlight of the apartment is the picturesque view of the lagoon and the roof terrace with a lounge to relax. The apartment is located in the cozy village of Kahnsdorf. This is in the south of Leipzig in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland. The Kahnsdorf lagoon is one of the insider tips in the south of Leipzig. And unlike the nearby Cospudener See or Markleeberger See, you will find your peace and quiet here and will not be frequented by the many Leipzigers on the lake! It is precisely this mixture of locals and guests, of activity and relaxed atmosphere that makes the area so appealing. A public parking lot is right across the street and costs €5 per day. Sorry, smoking and pets are not allowed in our apartment. In Kahnsdorf there is a newly built Mediterranean-style ice cream parlor located in the middle of the village. The ice cream and cake here is very tasty. In the evening there is also hot food. There is also the Schillerhaus. This is located next to the Kahnsdorf manor. There are no shopping facilities in Kahnsdorf itself yet. I recommend the city of Borna (many shopping opportunities) which is 10 minutes away by car or the small town of Rötha (about 5 minutes away by car).
