The bungalow has three comfortable bedrooms: a king-size room with plenty of storage and a TV, a double room with a handy desk, and a twin room with two single beds, ideal for children or friends! The family bathroom has been newly renovated, featuring a stylish walk-in shower and a large vanity storage area - making it both practical and and comfortable for all guests. Outside, the private garden is a true highlight of Applegarth House. Ideal for alfresco dining, enjoying a drink in the fresh air, or simply relaxing in the sun, there’s plenty of space to unwind. With easy access through the patio doors, the garden offers a peaceful retreat and the perfect spot to enjoy some fresh air! Other things to note • Damage deposit: A refundable cautionary damage deposit of £500 is required before your stay. (NOTE: If you booked via Airbnb or other platform, this deposit does not apply) • Payment for direct bookings: If you’ve booked directly through us, 50% of your payment is due upfront. The remaining 50% will be collected 5 days before check-in. • Fortnightly Cleans: For stays longer than 14 nights, we offer a complimentary mid-stay clean and linen change. • Rubbish/disposal policy: Excessive waste left at the property may incur an additional charge at checkout. Please be mindful of rubbish and ensure the property is left in good condition. • Please be conscious and respectful of the neighbors and the local area. Loud music, parties, or excessive noise are not acceptable.
