Winterfell is your home away from home. A newly decorated 3 bedroomed home, just off the A1. Large TV in the lounge, so you can sit and relax, then sleep in our comfortable beds after a bath or use of the seperate shower. In addition, TVs in both main bedrooms, fans or extra blankets & pillows if required Fully equiped kitchen so you can cook a full meal, washing machine & tumble dryer if you need washing completed. Close to Newton Aycliffe train station, centre & Aycliffe Industrial Estate The space Perfect for a family, couple, singles or workmates. Looking for a short term break, a longer stay for work or while you sort out your own home, Winterfell is perfect for you. Situated only five minutes walk from Newton Aycliffe train station, and 8 minutes drive from the main A1 road, with easy access to most areas in the North East. The house comprises 3 bedrooms:- Main bedroom comprising king sized bed with Origin Pro matress, large TV and wireless chargers by the bed. Second bedroom with a double bed with Origin matress and a TV. Third bedroom is a single with Origin mattress. In addition, this room has a workstation in the room with monitor so you can work from home if required. Furthermore, we have a high chair and travel cot that can be used if required. (This has a sheet for the matress but we do not provide blankets or bedding) Although on site at all times could you please confirm that you wish use the travel cot and high chair and we will ensure it is available for you. Please note most sockets in the house have multiple USB outlets for your convenience, so no adapters are required for USB or USB C. Multiple TVs throughout the house so you can relax while using our free unlimited fast internet. The bathroom contains separate shower & bath, with additional shower hose over the bath if you need it. No limit on the hot water with a combination boiler, so no running out if a housemate has a long hot shower. We have a washing maching, tumble dryer, Iron and ironing board in a separate utility cupboard. just for those times during a long stay when you just want to freshen up your clothes. Kitchen includes fan assisted oven & induction hob, but also an air fryer, microwave, toaster & fridge freezer. So cooking isn't an issue wether a quick pizza or a full roast dinner. In addition, there is a dishwasher in the kitchen as we want you to relax not spend time washing up. Private off street parking on the drive available with lights and security cameras (please note cameras are only external to the house) Essentials like tea, coffee, salt, pepper and sauces are available. Although we love dogs, unfortunately at this time we are unable to accept dogs in the house. However, we are more than happy to accept service dogs. We just ask that you notify us and then we can possibly leave some treats. The house is situated only 25 minutes from Durham on the A1(M) so perfect if you need to visit for trips to the university and happy if family visits for meet ups. Although the property can show that it is booked out, please contact as this can be adjusted if required or for long term availability. It would appreciate it if guests removed their outdoor shoes before going on the carpet. Slippers are available in the white unit in the dining room if you want something to wear while in the house.
