The space The property was originally part of a farm building, which has been fully refurbished to modern standards. The building is stone built with double glazing and full central heating. The main bedroom is ensuite, with a shower. There is also a bathroom for all guests, which is provided with a shower over bath. All amenities and utensils are provided to allow full self catering, if required. We generally aim to provide guests with some essentials like; butter, milk, bread, tea, coffee and sugar when they arrive, although we cannot always guarantee that these will be available. Outside the property is a patio with outdoor furniture for guests to use. There is a parking space, specifically designated for 7 Duddon View, with plenty of parking for additional guests. Please be aware that the property is located adjacent to a main road, which provides ready access to the rest of the Lake District, but can be busy at peak times. This generally does not impact noise levels within the property, due to the thick stone walls and double glazed units. Guest access All rooms in the property can be used by guests, but please do not use more than the number of bedrooms required for your visit. You are welcome to use the patio and garden areas. Please do not use or block access to the garages.
