The space Welcome to Rêve Royal, a 4-star gîte located on the first floor of the Manoir du Colombier, a characterful residence whose origins date back to the 12th century. Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, the cottage combines the charm of a historic manor house with modern comforts. You will discover a decor inspired by French châteaux, combining antique furniture, mouldings, graphic parquet, oak glass walls and high-quality materials. The accommodation includes: • a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, a canopy and a magnificent view of the Bugey mountains; • a room with two single beds, ideal for both children and adults; • a bright living room with a sofa bed, a dining area and elegant decor; • a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room; • a large bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, a toilet, a marble washbasin unit, a laundry area and high-quality materials (travertine and cement tiles); • a second separate WC, for added comfort during your stay. Outside, enjoy your private terrace, your private Nordic bath accessible all year round, and the large garden with trees. The swimming pool is shared with guests from the Manoir's second cottage. You will also have access to the large wooded garden of the Manoir du Colombier, the outdoor swimming pool (shared with the second gîte), and the many relaxation areas. The garden has been designed for young and old: • shaded area with table tennis; • trampoline; • giant games; • suspended egg chair for a moment of relaxation; • hammocks with a view of the Bugey mountains. Parking is free on the property. Other things to note For families travelling with young children, we provide the following free of charge, upon request and subject to availability: • travel cot; • high chair; • baby bath. To enhance your stay, several services are available upon reservation (subject to availability): • breakfast baskets; • aperitif platters of local produce; • raclette, fondue or Mont d'Or, depending on the season; • wellness massages; • Early check-in or late check-out (optional). Le Manoir du Colombier is a place dedicated to calm, relaxation and rejuvenation. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Do you want to bring your family or friends together? It is possible to hire the entire Manoir privately by also booking La Perle du Bugey. You will therefore enjoy the two 4-star cottages, the two private Nordic baths, the swimming pool and the outdoor spaces to share a stay for up to 12 people. In order to preserve the peaceful nature of the premises, weddings, large receptions and events for more than 12 people are not allowed. The accommodation is entirely non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
