On the top floor of an ancient monastery from the 1500s, a protagonist of the history of Vieste, in the heart of the historic center, Suite Mare Selene combines history, authenticity and Mediterranean beauty. Every stone has been carefully brought to light, every detail chosen to respect the original soul of the place, a refuge where time seems to slow down and the gaze is lost in the blue of the sea. Here, history is a gentle presence that coexists with the discreet comfort of our restoration. The living area and the bedroom are designed as a single large fluid environment, we have chosen to keep the historical openings open (without closing them with doors) to preserve the visual continuity and the original atmosphere. The bed is a comfortable king-size (180 × 200) with a memory mattress. The kitchen and the large bathroom sink are works made with the stone of the Gargano di Apricena, a reference to local traditions that dialogues with natural finishes and authentic materials. The bathroom area is designed as a small private spa, and is divided into two distinct rooms. In one you will find a large hand-carved stone sink, in the other a "spa" area with a bathtub and two showers, designed to give a feeling of well-being and a view, like a small relaxing ritual after a day at the beach. Modern comforts meet the ancient soul of the house, air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi connection, two smart TVs for your moments of relaxation, every detail has been selected to offer practicality without distorting the elegance of the spaces.
