Quiet cottage with pool

The Gîte à Loustalou is located in the countryside in a renovated stone barn. The place is very quiet. There are 3 buildings on the property including two owners' houses and the barn (gîte) in a beautiful green and shaded courtyard. Our gîte sleeps 6 but only if it includes 2 children. The space The cottage is for 6 people. On the ground floor: large room including: living room with fireplace and TV/video/DVD/Internet, dining room, well-equipped American kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, electric kettle, electric coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster). Toilet and washing machine (in adjoining room). Behind the barn there is a large private terrace (8 m x 4 m) half covered, with barbecue. The terrace overlooks a large meadow, then the forest. Paths through the forest lead to municipal and GR paths. Upstairs: a very large bedroom (a bit of a mezzanine because it is partly open to the dining room, but with a very high ceiling) with a large double bed (width 1.60 m) and an adjoining shower room-WC. On another level (3 steps): two other bedrooms: one with two single beds and the other with a large double bed (width 1.60m) or two single beds in 80cm with en-suite bathroom-WC and next to these two bedrooms there is a bathroom-WC. In addition to the swimming pool, a ping pong table, a small weight room and bicycles (adult and child sizes) are available to tenants. Guest access The owners sometimes use the pool, but usually when the tenants do not use it themselves! Other things to note very nice dogs who love children on the property!
