Washer/dryer. Small garage gym with weights and spin bike. House is on a quiet culdesac! Your room is equipped with a smart TV and a mini fridge. You will have your own designated pantry, fridge, and freezer space in the kitchen downstairs. The upstairs has its own HVAC system so you can adjust it to how you’re comfortable. You are more than welcome to share any other space in the home including the outdoor living space, garage gym, downstairs half bath, etc. I live in the master on the main floor and I’ve made a ton of friends through renting my guest rooms. The environment is relaxed and I like to host bachelor nights and games nights where we can all hang out. And guests have quickly made friends with my friends when we go out to comedy shows, dinner, etc. You’ll always be welcome not only in my home but in my life outside of home! (Or you can keep to yourself if that’s more your style). I also go out of town often so there’s usually opportunity to house/dog sit for me to make some extra money :) Quiet cul de sac, fenced in yard I have created a guide book for guests with all the best restaurants, hiking trails, night life, shopping, etc. This will be in your room to reference during your stay. ADDITIONAL half bath downstairs if needed. I have a 5 year old wheaten terrier and a 2 year griffon pointer. Both are hypoallergenic and friendly/cuddly. They are not allowed upstairs in your area and there is a baby gate to block them.
