Our spacious house is just steps from the beach, with the comfort you deserve. Air-conditioned rooms, extensive lawn, ideal for children to play or to relax outdoors. The ideal place to recharge your batteries, enjoy the sun and enjoy special days in contact with nature. The space The house is located in an open-air space with a large lawn, morning sun, an outdoor shower, a swimming pool, a balcony, and a spacious gourmet area with a barbecue grill and utensils, a large table, a freezer, a minibar, two comfortable reinforced hammocks for relaxing, and a covered garage. Inside, we have two rooms, three spacious rooms ( being a suite) all facing the lawn. Three bedrooms with air-conditioning units and ceiling fans, a crib, a 32" TV room, a full kitchen with a mixer, coffee maker, blender, Airfryer, blender, water cooler, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, large and small pressure cookers, baking trays, baking pans, and pots of various sizes – including the beloved and traditional clay pots – a full bathroom in the gourmet area, and en-suite bathrooms with electric showers. Guest access Putiri is a nice little place. Putiri is a neighborhood with few streets, no pavement and cozy. Our house was built with a lot of love and affection to offer tranquility and harmony with nature to our guests. Other things to note Please be advised that ENERGY CONSUMPTION WILL BE CHARGED SEPARATELY, according to the guest's use, and will be measured at the time of delivery and return of the keys. Overnight stays are not allowed for visitors of guests without prior notice from the host, as well as the use of the property's spaces.
