The gem of this home is the swimming pool, a great place to cool off and unwind. Please note that there are 4 large steps to access the swimming pool. The swimming pool itself is 10m long and approximately 1.5m in the shallow end. Please ensure you supervise your children at all times. *Please note, for insurance and safety purposes, there are two external cameras. one to the front of the property overseeing the driveway and one to the rear. It is a requirement that these cameras are not tampered or interfered with. Do not book this property if you have an issue with this. To guarantee an early check-in, consider booking the night before. Alternatively, if available, an early check-in may be possible for an additional fee. For late check-outs, booking an extra night might be necessary. If there are no immediate guests following your stay, we may be able to offer a late check-out for a fee. Please give us as much notice as possible to help us accommodate your request. Guest Amenities: Upon arrival, we will provide some basic amenities to help you settle in comfortably. If you need additional supplies during your stay, the nearest supermarket is conveniently located for your shopping needs. Neighbourly Consideration: Our property is nestled in a quiet community, so please be mindful of our neighbours during your stay. Keep noise levels down, especially during late hours, to ensure everyone's enjoyment. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. Climate Control: Stay comfortable year-round with our whole house ducted air conditioning. Linen & Towels: We provide quality bed linen and towels and endeavour to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. To maintain this quality, please avoid contact with makeup, fake tan, body lotions, or other substances that may cause stains or damage. Longer Stays: For stays over 14 days, a mid-stay clean is required and will be arranged at the guest's expense. This ensures the property is well-maintained for your comfort. No Pets at this Property: Please note that we are unable to accept pets due to severe family allergies. However, we fully comply with all Australian laws regarding certified assistance dogs, which are always welcome. Please provide all required paperwork at the time of application to ensure your booking can be processed promptly. No parties, events, or unregistered guests are permitted on the property at any time. Australian Wildlife & Nature: Living in Australia means sharing space with native creatures, including ants, cockroaches, flies, lizards, and spiders, particularly in warmer months. While we implement regular cleaning, pest control, and secure food storage, an occasional visitor may appear. If this happens, let us know, and we’ll assist as best we can. Snakes: Although uncommon, snakes may be spotted in natural areas like parks, bushland, and along the riverbanks.
