Guest access Welcome to our cozy and thoughtfully prepared space—perfect for families and small groups! Our unit comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The main area can host up to 4 guests, while the bedroom is opened for bookings of 5 guests or more to give everyone extra comfort and privacy. Kindly note that our base rate already covers 2 guests. For additional guests, a minimal fee of ₱400 per person per night will apply. Guest may also access the swimming pool for a minimal fee of P150.00/head to be paid at the Property Management Office during office hours. Pool is open from Tuesday to Sunday 8am to 7pm only. (night swimming must be registered during office hours) Basketball court is free of charge during day time. Complimentary Essentials for Your Comfort We’re pleased to offer complimentary use of towels, basic amenity kits, and bottled water for up to 2 guests, so you can feel at home during your stay. Please note that towels are provided for use within the unit to keep everyone comfortable and refreshed. If you have extra guests, additional items can be arranged upon request, and we’ll gladly assist to make sure your stay is as cozy and enjoyable as possible! Safety: Lock doors/windows when leaving; report any damages. Damages: Guests are responsible for lost keys or broken items. Booking Policy: Accurate info required; bookings confirmed after payment. Cancellation Policy We follow Airbnb’s Moderate cancellation policy. Guests can receive a full refund if they cancel at least 5 days before check-in. Cancellations within 5 days of check-in are partially refunded: 50% of the remaining nights. Airbnb handles all cancellations and refunds automatically.
