Fresh sea breeze and panaromic views with lot of greenery, kitchen garden and privacy all around. The place is child friendly with a large verandah and a lawn to run around. The space 1 floor independent unit with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, large verandah, terrace and lawn access . one Bed room with attacheed bathroom, hall and kitchen will be available for two guests at reduced rates . There are king size beds in both bed rooms. If preferred separate two single cots with mattresses can also be provided in the bed rooms. ACs in living room and bedrooms 2 geysers Fridge, Tv 📺 Tea and coffee making facility, induction stove, 🍵 drinking water, cupboards,,fans, clothes stand, Mosquito nets,Basic cutlery, towels . Parking facility 🚘 The property is gated. For security reasons the gate is locked at 9.00 pm and opened at 7.00 am. Kindly inform the host if the guests require to arrive later than 9.00pm then the gate will be kept open only till 11.00 pm. Strictly not beyond 11.00 p.m for the sake of security. ✈️ 11 km 🚊 5 km 🚌 500 m Guest access Entire first floor with spacious sit out and the terrace. if guests who require only one BHK for two or one guest we will be happy to host them for lesser price. Senior citizens have to climb the steps to reach the first floor. No access to ground floor. Guests include small groups , families, ladies and married couples. The place is child friendly with open spaces of the verandah, terrace and the lawn. Children can play and run around under parental supervision. Other things to note Neighbours dog on premises who is not leashed at night for security. Any reservations pls inform in advance. The property is gated.
