If you continue walking through the village, the castle fort, still inhabited, joins the old castle ruins. Many winding streets of the completely renovated inner city lead you past the old city wall and the many small springs of the town Soubès, which is picturesquely enclosed by two rivers and the hilly wine landscape. You sleep in the old winery of this castle ruin. The completely renovated 120 sqm house has 2 bedrooms with two double beds each 160x200 cm and one of the two living rooms includes two sofa beds each 140x200cm. Various waterfalls and the Gorges de Hérault also invite you to swim. The village restaurant with its French specialties is just a few steps away under the shady plane trees.
