Other things to note ***IMPORTANT PLS READ***** This place has wall-mount aircon in the Living and the Master Bedroom. The other two bedrooms are equiped with fans in Summer and heaters in Winter. Due to hygine reasons, we do NOT provide extra blankets (quilts with fresh linens are definitely provided). Please feel free to bring your own if like. ACT has NOISE STANDARDS at night - Neighbour’s reports are considered as evidence by ACT council. So please respect neighbourhood community ‼️If we receive noise reports from neighbours or police after 10PM. We will contact you immediately. $1000 fine applies and eviction process may also start. ‼️Absolutely NO party, NO non-authorised gatherings.
