Other things to note Bed linen - High quality bed linen, including towels is supplied - Mid-stay cleaning and linen changes will be organised offered complimentary for stays of more than 16 nights Toiletries and Consumables - We provide refillable bathroom toiletries (refilled by our cleaners on each changeover). This helps us reduce waste and minimise our impact on the environment. However, this only works if you don’t ‘borrow’ them. Please leave them behind so other guests can enjoy them too. - We also provide a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. Guests are welcome to use this, but they do so at their own risk. The owner or property manager cannot be held responsible for any harm or injury caused to anyone whilst using the equipment - The top bunk has a weight restriction of 80kg - Please be aware our garden is maintained on a regular schedule, this may sometimes overlap with guest stays as such someone may need to access the grounds area during your stay. Please switch off lights and turn down the heating when leaving the property Check-in / Checkout Check-in time is after 4pm, and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time, as this will cause disruption to the cleaner's schedule.
