Enjoy a very quiet environment, lulled by birdsong, ideal for a relaxing stay. The accommodation is completely independent and has a bedroom with private bathroom and toilet, ideal for 2 adults (possibility of a baby bed or child mattress: to be arranged). Access is via a fully glazed entrance door, which brings all the natural light into the accommodation. The accommodation does not have any other windows, neither in the bedroom nor in the bathroom. A handmade, custom wooden sliding door leads you to the bathroom and toilet, bringing a warm and authentic touch to the accommodation. 🍵 Amenities: fridge, microwave, Senseo coffee maker (4 capsules provided), kettle with green tea and black tea available, TV, full dishes (dish towel, sponge, dishwashing liquid, etc.). 🛁 Included: towels, bath mat, shower gel, toilet paper and hairdryer. 🌿 Exterior: small space with a table, two chairs, a screen for more privacy, and unobstructed views of the countryside and its hills. 🚗 Free private parking right in front of the accommodation. 🌄 To discover nearby: hiking, Chambod Islands, waterfalls, Cerdon caves, local products, Parc des Oiseaux, medieval city of Pérouges... 📍 Only: - 5 min from Neuville-sur-Ain - 30 min to Bourg-en-Bresse - 45 minutes from Lyon-Saint-Exupéry airport - 1 hour from Lyon - 25 min from Ambérieu-en-Bugey 🍷 Optional (booking required): charcuterie or cheese boards made with local products. 🚭 No smoking allowed. 🐾 Pets allowed on request with surcharge.
