You will enjoy a large, bright interior space opening onto a panoramic veranda, as well as a 6,000-m² landscaped property with a heated swimming pool from May to September and recreational areas. Indoor Living room: a large living room bathed in light with a superb aquarium and its colorful fish, a reading/relaxation area with a play area, and a living room equipped with a TV and a Bose speaker. Kitchen: huge fully-equipped kitchen with central island and large table for 8 people. An adjoining laundry room houses a second kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer and wine cellar. Night Space: A master bedroom with a dressing room Two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a TV Bathroom with bathtub Independent studio (access from the outside): kitchenette, sports area (treadmill, electric bike), bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Family amenities Umbrella bed and high chair available. Towels and bed linen is provided. Essential products available (oil, vinegar, coffee, toilet paper, shower gel, etc.). Note: a right of way exists for neighboring farmers. So, very rarely, a tractor may cross a small portion of the land to access the fields. This remains exceptional (in a year and a half, it has never happened), and does not impact your peace of mind. Other things to note Security deposit To ensure the stay runs smoothly, a pre-authorization of €900 is placed on the credit card before check-in. No charge is made, and the security deposit is automatically released after check-out.
