Welcome to "Al HaYam"- a charming villa located in the village of Beit Yanai. The villa is ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a peaceful getaway. Inside, you’ll find 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms, a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen. On the pastoral terrace, a cozy seating area awaits you with views of the green landscape – the perfect spot to pause, breathe deeply, and enjoy the tranquility. The villa accommodates up to 6 guests. The space The villa is built on one level and features 3 bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed and a TV. There are 2 bathrooms with toilets and showers, one of them en-suite. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, electric stovetop, water bar, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, cookware, and serving dishes. The spacious living room offers a large TV and cozy sofas. The expansive green garden surrounds the house and includes a pleasant seating area, a charcoal barbecue station, and an inviting outdoor shower. Guests also have access to a washing machine and 4 private parking spaces adjacent to the villa. Please note that there are a few steps at the entrance to the house. Guest access The villa is located in Beit Yanai – a quiet, pastoral village along Israel’s coastal plain, offering easy access to various central attractions available to guests during their stay. Beit Yanai Beach is just a 15-minute walk from the villa – a clean, spacious, and peaceful beach, perfect for family outings, swimming, or a relaxing sunset stroll. A synagogue is located about a 19-minute walk away. The area features several supermarkets, convenience stores, and local shops. A short drive will take you to shopping centers, cafés, restaurants, parks, children’s attractions, spas, and more. Access from the coastal highway is very convenient, and private parking is available right next to the villa.
