Three lovingly furnished bedrooms, a bathroom with shower & bathtub and a fitness room offer comfort for family, friends or couples. The outdoor The completely fenced garden is a paradise for children and dogs. Playhouse, seesaw, trampoline, complete the options at the house. The large, safely fenced pond invites you to marvel, while the garden house with jetty, small oven and barbecue area promises cozy evenings. Campfire pit included – perfect for making memories together under the stars. And for horse lovers: riding arena & horse stables can be used optionally – ideal for a holiday with horse or for riding right outside the door. €25/night per horse incl. to be paid on site. Coupling, riding arena, stables. Space for 6 horses available Each apartment has a private terrace, garden and pond are shared. Horses and trainers may be on the premises. A charcoal grill is available on site. Guest access The fitness room and the garden hut can be used by both apartments. The pool and hot tub are exclusive to this apartment. Optionally, the rear apartment can be booked for extra people. In addition to a kitchen, bathroom with shower, a living room, 2 more bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed are available. Thus, another 6 people could be accommodated here. Other things to note - The house has a Senseo and filter coffee machine. - This is a self-catering house: therefore, soap, lighters, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, etc. must be brought by yourself. - On the covered terrace, we have a charcoal grill, and by the pond, there is a brazier. - Always close the indoor pool when not in use for swimming to maintain the temperature. - Please chlorinate the hot tub. Instruction will be given at check-in. - Swimming or fishing in the pond is prohibited. This is camera-monitored.
