Just an hour’s drive from the North Norfolk Coast, this romantic hut is the perfect year-round escape, nestled in the charming village of Great Ellingham. Inside, you’ll find all the modern comforts of home, while outside there’s a secluded decking area overlooking open fields, a haven for local wildlife and the ideal spot to unwind and soak up the peaceful surroundings while also indulging in the wood-fired Japanese Ofuro hot tub. The space This gorgeous hideaway is open all year round - and why wouldn't it be?! The inside of the hut has been designed with chillier winters in mind - there is underfloor heating, double glazing and insulation throughout. The open plan bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed with a pocket sprung mattress, built-in side tables and comfy bathrobes. The kitchenette is fully equipped and has everything you could possibly need to cook up a storm after a day exploring. There is a combination microwave/oven, a two zone induction hob as well as a fabulous butler sink. If you like listening to the radio, or some music whilst cooking then you are in luck! The hut comes with an Sonos smart speaker (with Alexa) and there is also Wi-Fi. Warm up or refresh yourself after a long day with the walk-in power shower and a heated towel rail in the bathroom adding that extra luxury. The large decked area faces out with views of the rolling farmland and countryside. It’s a wonderful place to sit and enjoy a drink by the chiminea, keeping you toasty as the gentle sound of the miniature pond and water feature soothes your worries away. You can also unwind in the Japanese Ofuro wood-fired hot tub. There is no better way to spend an evening than relaxing in 40°C, listening to the owls and gazing at the stars. If you would rather cook alfresco, there is an electric barbecue on the decking. Sonos speaker with Alexa function. Please note, The Pheasant sits adjacent to the owners property, which is a plot of land of approximately three quarters of an acre.
