Other things to note There is an indoor alarm system, but don’t worry—it will be deactivated during your stay. There are no cameras in the house, only motion sensors. You might hear a gentle chime when the main door opens or closes—this is completely normal. We kindly ask that you take care of your belongings and treat the home as you would your own. The alarm will be reactivated after check-out. Please remove your shoes at the door. The home is cosy and we take pride in keeping the carpets spotless for all our guests—thank you! The central heating is automatic, but you can easily adjust the temperature using the thermostat in the hallway between the bedrooms to make sure you're perfectly comfortable. Please avoid opening the skylight in the bathroom. The extractor fan is very effective and keeps things fresh and airy without needing to open the window. You’ll find excellent local amenities just steps away—including M&S, Boots, and Sainsbury’s right across from the house. For something a little more fun, head to Herbert’s Yard, just a short walk away. It’s a vibrant, pop-up style venue offering delicious street food and drinks from various vendors—well worth a visit!
